I hope everything with you is going well.
I've had some great pizza adventures during the last few months that I hope to share with you in the
coming emails. I've been blessed to be able to continue to learn and grow in the world of pizza.
I will be highlighting some of the videos in upcoming emails.
As you may know I was able to go to Pizza Expo a few months ago. I have posted some of the interviews already but I have a bunch of them still in production.
While at Pizza Expo, I spent time with two of my favorite pizza brothers: Tommy Innanucci and Serhan Ayhan. Both are incredible Pizza Makers as well as all around good guys! Tommy lives on Kauai, and grew up in New York, while Serhan currently lives in New York. At one point I got them together and turned on the camera. I knew I had to ask them about the inside secret to New York
pizza. Check out their review!
The interview was revealing and fascinating. Tommy reveals that while New York Pizza can be great, there are a lot of "bad pizza guys" making pizza in New York.
