Aloha Pizza fan.
I hope everything is going well with you. As you may knowI love talking about pizza. If the conversation is about making pizza, eating pizza and loving pizza, well you have my attention.
One of my favorite conversations this past year was with Bernie. Bernie has reached out several times with questions and comments over the last few years. He is a dedicated pizza maker who has a great point of view as well as an interesting mission. His goal is to make pizza in all 50 states. Woah!
The great thing about our conversation was that I was able to record the whole thing. We talked for over 40 minutes. As I was editing the recording, I decided to break it down into two parts.
