Aloha Pizza Family.
I hope you are doing well. I just got back from Pizza Expo 2022. The event was fun, exhausting and at times overwhelming. But most of all fun. There is so much going on all at once. From Pizza Demos, Pizza Making and Baking and trying to catch up with everyone, this event can be tiring. I'll be updating you with some great interviews and tales in the coming months.
But for now I wanted to talk about the Ooni Pizza Oven. As you may know the Ooni Pizza Oven is a small portable pizza oven that allows you to cook a
pizza in 90 seconds. They have been around for a while and they seem to have perfected a great method to make pizza. Quick, fast and easy.
I have wanted one for a while, and I am taking the plunge. My Ooni is scheduled to be delivered today. Many of my professional and not so professional pizza pals own one. The reviews have been stellar. I will include a video I created to answer some of the questions I have gotten over the years.

Most everything stated about the Ooni Pizza Oven has been positive. So while you can still make great pizza in your home oven, I have decided to give this method a try. I will let you know what I think and of course show you some of the pizzas I create.
