I recorded an incredible interview a while back with an amazing master pizzaiolo.

 

Her name is Evelyn  Sloman. She discovered how to make pizza,

 from the masters of New York Pizza: Jerry Lombardi and Jerry Totonno...

 

I was in the process of editing the interviews when disaster struck.

My computer crashed and I lost everything.

 

Well I'm pleased to say that after spending several hundred dollars

I have started to recover those lost files.
