I'm working on a special report about the Pizza Buisiness. It is jam packed with information that I have gathered over the years. I'll keep you posted, but I hope to have it out soon.

 

In the meantime, I have an interview I recorded with a master pizzaiolo Chef Carl Oshinsky.

 

You can listen to it or even download it. I am not sure how long I will leave it up.

 

Actually, I was going to include it in my Legends of Pizza Series. For now you can grab a copy for free. Chef Carl has a different spin on the pizza business.
