I wanted to tell you about a brand new interview I did with Chef Carl Oshinsky.

 

He is a pizzaiolo who was way ahead of his time. Way ahead!

 

He did a series on PBS about pizza, long before the Food Network ever existed.

 

He is a traveling pizza man. He takes his pizza gear with him and creates pizza celebrations.

 

And his pizzas are extraordinary.
