One of my most exciting moments was discussing pizza with some of the most exciting pizza masters on the planet.

    "  ...All I've every tried to do is do something that has a sense of dignity on a daily basis...When you do it 250 times and your world is on fire and the sweat's going down your face and your fingers are burning and your knuckles are banging and you get mobbed for ten hours straight and people are screaming at you and they waited three hours and they want to see what all the hypes about and you are doing your best to deliver on that, it's a different animal... "

    These conversations definitely changed my life and how I look at pizza.
     
    I recorded these lessons of pizza and released them as recordings as the Legends of Pizza, Volume 1 and 2.
     
    Then I had interviews transcribed and put in an e-book.  This process alone cost hundreds of dollars to produce.
     
    Now you can get these transcripts yourself in The Legends of Pizza, Volume 1 and 2 e-book. The e-book not only contains the interviews but also dozens of other useful links to more pizza resources.
     
    I have kept the price low intentially. Due to expenses, however, I will be raising the price in the the next several days.
