Albert, here. I hope you are doing well.

 

Have I got a story for you....I just got back from Las Vegas. And I'm exhausted.

I have always wanted to go, but the timing always seemed off. I always had a reason, not to go.

 

Well, my brother, Tom, made me an offer I could not refuse. He offered to take me to Pizza Expo, along with my brother, Steve. It was a birhtday present, he said...

 

What could I say? I had to go. Tom and I flew in from Honolulu. Steve flew in from Connecticut.

 

It was an amazing time. "Raise High the Roofbeams Carpenters!" All I can say is wow!

 

I got a chance to meet the finest pizzioli from Naples. The stories, the pizza adventures, the pizza! I hung out with John Arena of Metro Pizza. I spent time with Scott Weiner of Scott's Pizza tours.

 

I even sampled some pizza beer! Mama Mia!

 

I saw Tony Gemignani who is now a Super Star of Pizza! I even got a chance to talk pizza with Penn and Teller!
