I wanted to tell you a bit about my latest pizza adventure at Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.

I was honored to be named the Official Pizza Ambassador! My sincere thanks to Pete Lachapelle, who invited me to attend! And made me feel like part of the pizza family!

I have so many incredible pizza stories to share such as:

• Getting a personal tour of Tony Gemignani's new pizzeria: Pizza Rock
• Meeting the Foodnetworks: Pizza Cuz, Sal and Francis
• Interviewing Antimo Caputo, owner of Caputo Flour
• Getting the inside scoop on and meeting Jeff Varsano, the guy who tricked out his home oven to 800 degrees F.
  and now owns a successful pizzeria in Atlanta.
• Talking with New York's own Paulie Gee, who is now expanding his pizza operation to Portland
• Spending time with Scott Weiner and reviewing his new book all about: Pizza Boxes!
• Sampling dozens of incredible pizza, hand made by pizza masters
• Attending the World Pizza Championships....

I could go on and on... And believe me I will... there are so many great interviews and other pizza related stuff!
