More Pizza Adventures

I wanted to thank you for being part of my pizza adventures. I feel blessed and thankful for being able to share the latest in my pizza journey! I have lots of stories, tales, and pizza sagas to share.

I recently returned from Pizza Expo 2016 in Las Vegas Pizza Expo is an event which showcases the latest and greatest in the pizza industry. This includes pizza products, pizza demos, pizza games and most importantly the stories of those making your pizza. I was able to meet and interact with some of the most amazing pizza experts on the planet. I was able to record a number of interviews with pizza experts who shared their wonderful pizza experiences and tips. So stay tuned....

Two of the experts I spoke with were John Arena (Metro Pizza, Las Vegas) and Jonathan Goldsmith (Spacca Napoli, Chicago). Both come form entirely different pizza directions. both share their story and how their brotherhood of pizza developed. John says its all about the collaboration...

Also: I have a great tip for you if you want to make sure your pizzas become round. This comes from my friend Chef Phillip Bruno, of  Scoozi's in Melbourne, Australia.
Hey few of my pizzas are perfectly round. I subscribe to the theory of Chef Todd English who says "never trust a round pizza".
