Hi
I hope all of your pizza adventures are going well.
I am doing well as I continue to make pizza and more importantly serve pizza to those who love to eat pizza.
I recently made a batch of dough and decided to make bread instead of pizza. This was just to change things up a bit.
I realized (as you may know), that if you make pizza, you can also make great bread. And if you make bread you can make great pizza.
I wrote a post with some
pictures, about my bread adventures called: Pizza Making vs. Bread Making. I used one of my pizza pal, Peter Reinhart's recipes. I include the recipe in the post. It is simple and easy...

My friend John Arena (Metro Pizza, Las Vegas) wrote a great article called: "The Dough's and Doughn'ts" of Pizza Dough.
This article contains so much information about pizza I had to do
a video review. One of the things John says is to realize you are in total control of your pizza making. In other words: what you want is what you get.
Check out my video with a link to the article here:
I would greatly appreciate any feedback and comments you would like to make.
Please comment on the post in Pizza Therapy! I love getting your comments and ideas.
Since Summer is officially here, it's time to put on those pizza t-shirts and spread the word.

Remember, you can't have one, unless you get one!
