Create the Pizza, You Know You Can...

I hope your summer is starting out well.

My pizza adventures continue. I have been fortunate to attend a pizza pop up restaurant
created by my friend, John Arena, from Metro Pizza in Las Vegas... Incredible dream like pizza. And yes I learned a few tricks.

One of the things we discussed was the amazing results any pizza maker can make by using a Baking Steel. This is a steel plate that takes the place of a Pizza Stone.

I had a similar conversation with Jon F. and Tony Gemignani. As a matter of fact I had a great pizza made by Jon F. made on a baking steel last night. It was amazingly good!
