I hope your New Year is going well!

As you may know, I am a teacher and over the years I have integrated Pizza Making into my class. It is always fun and a great learning experience for me and the students.

Whenever I make pizza with students, I try to make things simple and easy.  Simple and easy is a great way to learn new skills.

I explain that pizza dough has only 4 basic ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast. they are always surprised that pizza is so simple.

I created a new video explaining the dough making process.
