I hope you are doing well. I'm getting ready to make pizza. For me it's all in the prep. If you get everything ready before hand, pizza making goes much easier.
Here's some BIG News: Some of my pizza friends (and Pizza Legends) will attempt to break the World's Record for The World's Longest Pizza.
Tony Gemignani (Pizza Rock), John Arena (Metro Pizza), Guilio Adriani (Noted Pizza Expert) and Scott Anthony (Punxsy Pizza) will all be attending. There will be other countless pizza masters from around the World!
This will be a very exciting event. It will take place on Saturday June 10th, 2017 at the Auto Club
Speedway in Fontana, California.

As you may know I am lucky enough to attend Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. Honestly it was a very exciting time for me. I
got to hang out with some of the Best Pizza Makers on the planet. Of course I sampled some great pizza, too. Best of all I was able to record some wonderful interviews.
One of the people I met and spoke with was Andris Lagsdin, Creator of Baking Steel. Baking Steel takes the place of a pizza stone. I have one and I love it! The interview was actually a history of Baking Steel and how he went
from an idea, to creating an amazing product. There were so many takeaways from this that are not just about pizza, but can be applied to your own life.
