Peter Reinhart contacted me a few weeks ago about doing an interview for his site Pizza Quest.

agreed.
This was quite an honor being interviewed by someone who I respect greatly.
The great thing about the interview was that I was able to talk about the history of Pizza Therapy. some of my biggest influences and the frustrations. I also explained why I do what I do.
