Recently, Chris Bianco, of Pizzeria Bianco was featured in an article where he gave his favorite pizza tips.
Chris is a
Pizzaiolo's Pizzaiolo. He is probably one of the most celebrated Pizza Chef's in the United States as well as the entire world.
One of my own personal pizza highlights was interviewing Chris, a number of years ago. He was humble, pleasant and very open about his pizza making. He was simply incredible.
