Summer is here and that calls for a Summer
Celebration of Pizza!
I hope everything is going well for you.
I have had a number of pizza adventures I will be sharing with you in the near future.
One of my latest is with good friend and Pizza Chef, Billy Manzo of Federal Hill Pizza, in Providence, Rhode Island. Rhode Island is the smallest of all 50 states and my birth state.
Billy makes some incredible pizza as well as other dishes. He has been trained by
the masters and he wants to take his pizza to the next level.
