I wanted to let you know about what I think is the secret sauce for pizza.
See whenever I make pizza I don't use tomato sauce. I do what my dad did when he made pizza. I get a can of stewed tomatoes, crush it with my hands, and put that on the pizza.
In the past, I will usually get a small case of stewed tomatoes from one of the big box chains. The tomatoes are ok, but nothing really
special.
The other day I found what I think are some of the best tomatoes to use for pizza.
The product is called Bianco DiNapoli. Chris Bianco helped develop these amazing tomatoes.
