I hope you are doing well and all of your pizza adventures are great!
I wanted to tell you about one of the most incredible pizza legends of all time.
His name is Dom DeMarco and he has been making incredible pizza at his pizzeria in Brooklyn called DiFara
Pizza.
On our last visit to New York I was honored to try his pizza and honestly I was blown away.
It was a thin crust New York style. He lovingly makes each pizza by hand. He stretches the dough, and puts it on a peel. He slides the peel into the oven. When the pizza is finished, he uses his bare hands to take the pizza out. No kidding.
Then he takes a bunch of fresh basil and he cuts it
with a scissors to top the pizza.
I was able to film him and his son Dom Jr. making pizza.
