Hi
Pizza Greetings, . I hope you are doing well.
I just got back from Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. This was an amazing experience for me. Of course I ate the most pizza ever. The samples were at every turn. You could not walk 5 steps without being tempted with an
amazing pizza taste.
I also connected with many of my old friends in the Pizza World, which is always fun. More importantly, I was able to interview a wide assortment of some of the best pizza makers and pizza professionals on the planet.
I'll keep you updated as I get the interviews finished. For me the difficulty is not in filming the interview but in the editing. But hey I;m getting better, but it still takes a bit of
time.
This is brand new for me and I wanted to personally thank you for listening. Of course you can download the episodes as well if you wish.
One of the funnest things at Pizza Expo is the Pizza Acrobatics. And two of my favorites are : The Jersey Pizza Boys, Nicholas and Michael Testa. These pre-teens have been featured on numerous national television shows and always bring down the house when they perform. I'll include a
link to the video in this email.
Their Dad (Carmine) is a role model, who is making sure they are grounded with positive values.
You can visit Dad and the Jersey Pizza Boy's in Jersey City, New Jersey:

Tell them Albert from Pizza Therapy sent you! The pizza is
great there.
I hope you continue with hope and happiness in your pizza journey...
All the best...
pizza on earth,
P.S.
I have a quick favor to ask. As you may know I created a
Pizza Kit, which lists all the tools you need to make great
pizza. If you created this
Pizza Kit, what items would you add? If it is OK, then great. If not please let me know. I want to make sure I have all the tools to make great pizza. The Kit includes pizza tools, pizza books and pizza ingredients.
You
can just reply to this email, or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Thank you for the pizza love...
