Hi
Greetings. I hope you are doing well.
I wanted to share my latest pizza adventure with you as well as a future pizza adventure.
I love making pizza with out a doubt. The experience of having friends, family and students tell me how much they enjoyed eating my pizza is what keeps me going. I have always been pleased with the result. Some more than others but always mostly satisfied.
Sometimes you need to stretch and grow. I think it is healthy for your mind and spirit (and the world of pizza) to try new things.
A few years ago, Tony Gemignani told me about Detroit Pizza. I was able to taste some samples at Pizza Expo. Then I interviewed master pizza maker Jeff Smokevich who grew up with Detroit Pizza (I'll include a link to the interview in this email.) Jeff explained exactly the magic of Detroit Pizza.
