Hi
Hello! I hope this email finds you well.
I have had a number of Pizza Adventures to share.
Last month I was fortunate to go to the Boston Pizza festival. It was an amazing event featuring over 30 local area pizzerias. The pizzas were amazing. Some were simple and tasty, others had tons of great flavors. There were pizza making demos and even pizza performances. I was able to catch up with a bunch of old friends and I made many new ones.
I'll be sharing some video and pics with you soon. Overall, I was impressed, delighted and totally full of pizza by the end of the day. I'm planning on going next year!
I've been making quite a bit of pizza this summer. Some of pizzas have been great while some were just OK. I don't always hit a home run when I make pizza. I learn something about pizza every time I make it.
Recently my friend Scott Wiener (Scott's Pizza Tours) came to Hawaii for a family vacation. I wanted to take him to have a different kind of pizza. We went to one of my favorite places The Pizza Corner for poke pizza. Poke is a Hawaiian delicacy which is made of raw fish. You can read all about our adventure, here:

I'll include a video link at the end of this email.
I had a great time with Scott and his family. And for me, sharing pizza with family and friends is what its all about.
I am making pizza tomorrow, so I still have some prep to do. I find that making sure all your prep is done before you start making pizza is a great time saver.
Here's wishing you all of the best on your own next pizza quest. That is either making pizza or eating pizza!
you'll hear from me again soon!

Albert
