Hi
In the United States we celebrate Thanksgiving on the 4th Thursday of November.
This Holiday is a time for friends, and family to gather and give thanks. This is a special celebration full of merriment, arguments and fun. Usually, everyone chips to with the cooking and the clean up.
I have some great childhood memories of family filled Thanksgivings. It's wonderful to carry on the tradition and pass this on.
I have a lot to be thankful for. And I hope you do as well.
Tomorrow I'll be making pizza to bring to the family. Here is Hawaii, the celebration is no different than anywhere else. The ethnic foods can be a bit different but that just adds to the fun.
I will be making Detroit pizza for the family. This is an unusual type of pan pizza in that the cheese is spread around the sides. No one at our family gathering has ever tasted a Detroit Pizza or even knew what one was. I'll be making 2!
Wish me luck!
I have spoken about it before and you can read about it here:

I know the pizza will turn out great!
I wanted to take this moment to say thank you for hanging in there with me.
I greatly appreciate all of the support and pizza love.
I wish you blessings to you and your family.
In closing I want to share some
pizza making tips from my friend Tony Gemignani. The video is below.
All the best to you. Have a Happy, Safe, Blessed Holiday!
