As you may know there was a recent call for Pizza Taste Testers by Ooni, creators of the Ooni Pizza Oven.

They are paying people to make pizza, taste pizza and help to develop recipes. To apply you needed to submit a video explaining why you should be chosen for the job.

Do I think I will be chosen? Honestly I do not know.

Here's the take away.

You never know unless you try. 

As Wayne Gretzky said: "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."

I'm taking a shot.
