Hi
Aloha! I hope you are doing well and hanging tough...I know things have been very difficult, but believe me things will get better!
I want say thanks for all of the support for
Pizza Therapy. As you may know, part of my mission along with spreading the love of pizza, is to create pizza related videos. I have been making videos for a number of years. My early videos were pretty basic but I like to think I have kicked things up and made better videos over time.
There are some random videos as well, such as the time I visited Taylor Swift's Summer House, in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. (No, I was not invited inside). Here's the link if you want to take a peek:
Many thanks to you and your support! As we say in Hawaii: Mahalo! I certainly could not have done it without you.You can subscribe here: The Pizza Therapy YouTube Channel.
On another note, I was very pleased to be interviewed by Brian Hernandez of PMQ magazine. We talked about pizza and the state of pizza in the world.
You can see the entire interview with me here:
Honestly I feel much more comfortable on the other side of the camera.
Part of the interview is my going off about Hawaiian Pizza. You can watch it at this link
or at a link below this email:
If you like pineapple on pizza that is up to you. There is nothing wrong with that. I take issue with it being called Hawaiian Pizza. This pizza has nothing to do with Hawaii and should be called a Pineapple Pizza.
This pizza was invented by a Greek-Canadian immigrant, Sam Panopoulos, in 1963 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. Call it a Pineapple Pizza or a Greek Canadian Pizza, just don't call it Hawaiian pizza.
Watch the video and comment on it on YouTube!
I have more pizza news coming up, so please stay tuned!
Again many thanks to you and your positive support! I appreciate you very much.
pizza on earth,
albert
