Hi
Aloha! I hope you are doing well. Here in Hawaii we are on a modified lock-down. Many things are starting to open, very slowly. For example you can eat at a restaurant but you must only go with family members of 5 or less. We have a had a number of outbreaks here and everyone is urged to take care. We all need to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
My main therapy has been making pizza. It just keeps me going. There is something about taking raw ingredients, combining them and then ending up with a magical delight called pizza.
Not always, but sometimes there is leftover pizza. I want to share with you an alternative method to reheat pizza.
I think reheating pizza on the stove is a great way to bring pizza back to life.
You can certainly reheat pizza in a regular oven, a toaster oven as well as an airfryer. I think those methods work great.
Here's a stove top method...
1) Use a regular frying pan or cast iron pan.
2) Put the pan on stove heat to medium-medium high
3) Put a slice in the pan
4) Add a few drops of water
5) Cover
6) Cook for 2-4 minutes
7) Enjoy your slice.
I'll include a link to a video at the bottom of this email.
