Hi
Merry Christmas or as we say here in the Islands, Mele Kalikimaka!
I just wanted to say: I hope you are doing well and staying safe.
I wish the best to you and your family during this Holiday Season.
If you celebrate Christmas,I hope you have a wonderful celebration. If you celebrate Hanukkah I want to say: "Hanukkah Sameach!" If you celebrate anything else: Season's Greetings. Know that I am wishing you the best.
This has been a very unusual year in many respects. This past year has been very stressful and difficult for many including yours truly. It has been tough! I just want to encourage you and say: things will get better.
Although it seems we have been wearing masks and practicing social distancing forever, we will all get beyond this.
Please stay safe, stay well and keep your family and loved one's in your hearts.
Honestly what has helped me the most, is listening to music. And making pizza of course.
The music and pizza will get us through these dark times.
If you don't want to make pizza, then order a take-out from your local mom and pop pizza shop. You will be enjoying pizza and helping out our pizza friends at the same time.
Just keep that positive energy flowing and think of better times ahead.
I want to share with you a video of one of the true Legends of Pizza. Dom DeMarco is in his 80's and is still making pizza at his shop, DiFara's in Brooklyn. And the pizza he makes is in a word, extraordinary! I shot this video a few years ago and watching Dom make pizza, always makes me
smile!
You can watch the video here:
I'll also include a link in this email. I hope you find it as inspiring as I did.
I'll be in touch soon. In the meantime, stay well.
And I wait a whole year to say:
Pizza on Earth, Good Will to All!
Albert
P.S. I just want to say, thanks for all of your support and positive energy. Thank you very much!
