Greeting Pizza Brothers and Pizza Sisters!
I hope you are doing well. Things are going well for me, and they are always better when I make pizza. Although I have not had any pizza gatherings, its still fun to make pizza for the family.
The other night I bought some lobster ravioli from Costco. (They were on sale). I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. I made a sauce using cream, white wine, garlic, spinach, parmesan and olive oil. It turned out great,
I decided to make some pizza and I was able to use some of the leftover sauce for one of them. I made 3 pizzas. A regular pepperoni, A cheese pizza topped with spinach, and a white pizza using the leftover lobster ravioli sauce. I also added some poncetta. Poncetta is a kind of Italian Bacon.
The pizzas turned out well. I think I would have used a little less sauce on the pizza but hey, the taste was there,

I hope all of your pizza adventures are going well. Making Pizza is definitely a great way to center yourself and get on the right track.
