$120.00 for a Pizza?

I'm doing great. We are having friends over tonight, and I'm making Detroit Pizza. I've been exploring Peter Reinhart's book Perfect Pan Pizza.

I'm thinking out of the box tonight and will try his "Spaghetti and Meatball Detroit." It sounds like a strange combination, but I decided to try it.
And in other news:
Some people cringe whenever Pineapple is used as a pizza topping. If you like Pineapple on pizza, that's up to you. Just don't call
it Hawaiian Pizza.

A pizzeria in England charges $120 for a Pineapple Pizza, while a regular pizza is only $17.00 (US). I think this is a great marketing strategy! I created a video telling the whole story. I'll link it at the end of this email.
What do you think? For me, your pizza is yours. You know what you like and what tastes good to you! Pizza dough is a blank canvas, and you can do whatever you like! If you get a chance, please comment on the video!
