My daughter is graduating from college and I am a very proud dad!
Before I head out I wanted to share with you a story of my friend Matt who made 800 pizzas in one night. I get tired when I make 8 or 20 pizzas, so 800 is astronomical.
I have know Matt for over 10 years. We met at Pizza Expo
and I noticed he was from Honolulu. He has two pizza places in town: Pizza Mamo and Brick Fire Tavern. Brick Fire offers authentic Neapolitan pizza
The interview was done at the Festa Italiana here in Honolulu. A street is blocked off and all types of Italian food is offered.
